Lecturer in Law
Burt Park is deputy general counsel and assistant secretary for Molina Healthcare, Inc., and a lecturer in law at USC Law teaching Mergers & Acquisitions. His practice primarily focuses on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures and divestitures. Furthermore, Mr. Park advises Molina Healthcare on securities law compliance, corporate governance and other public company matters.
Prior to his career at Molina Healthcare, Mr. Park was a corporate attorney for the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles, where he served as regular outside corporate counsel to a number of companies and investment funds in connection with public and private M&A transactions as well as corporate governance and securities matters.
Mr. Park received his Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). He is admitted in the state of California.
